McGuckin & Pyle, Inc. is a custom manufacturer of Flame Lamination equipment. Applications for flame bonding is quite extensive. Industries that use flame lamination are footwear, upholstery, automotive, decorating, marine and others. Laminators can be made for simple two roll lab applications to highly automated 3 & 4 roll continuously running systems. Combustion systems can fire on natural gas or propane. They can be manually adjusted or be PLC controlled with modulating gas & air valves that are tied to recipe set-points.
All new machines are PLC controlled and have user friendly touch screen operator stations. They are completely assembled at our factory and are thoroughly tested prior to shipment. Factory installation is available upon request.
